SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Designed by Sidney our top priority is providing quality products to our customers. Currently, we are processing orders within 24 - 48 business hours and shipping items within 5 - 7 business days. If there are any delays with the shipping process you will be notified via email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. The email that you enter for your order will be the same email the tracking number will be sent to. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days please contact us at Info@Preciouslockshairco.com.
All packages are shipped off via USPS priority mail.

Your signature may be required on your order. Anyone over the age of 18 can sign for the order. If there is not anyone available to sign for your order, contact USPS to see if it was taking to a drop off point or scheduled for re-delivery.
- All orders over $100.00 will require a signature at the time of delivery and your
shipping and billing address must match! However, under certain circumstances exceptions to this policy can be made. We will notify you via email after your purchase to verify the nature of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final
Due to the Coronavirus or Covid-19 all sales are final until further notice.
If you have placed your order & would like to cancel, there will be a 20% flat rate fee of the purchase price deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date.
In the event that you received the wrong item and the packaging is unopened, please forward your order confirmation email to Info@designedbysid.com. In the subject line of the forwarded email type "Missing Items". For a faster resolution in the body of the email add a brief description of the item you received including the SKU number located on the product/invoice/packaging tag. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
